We are excited to welcome guest jurors Kelly Ladwig, Joshua Temple, Chase Clark and Paul Keskeys, who will assist in selecting the winners. Learn more about our jurors below!

Kelly Ladwig

Kelly Ladwig is a renowned realtor and home design influencer. Kelly came into real estate after a long and diverse career in corporate branding and television news. She uses her storytelling and branding skills in social media to help talk about Nashville-area real estate, and her home-related account @homeonanashvillehill currently has 243,000+ followers and weekly impressions of more than 1mm+.

Kelly is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with degrees in journalism and economics and is a rabid Badgers football and basketball fan. When she’s not helping families find or build their dream homes, Kelly is working on building a new home for her own family — and yes, she’s documenting it on social media!

For more than two decades, he has also been a prominent television host, leading hundreds of home improvement shows across HGTV, DIY Network, and Discovery. He is best known for hosting 13 seasons of the popular series House Crashers.

When he's not in front of the camera, Josh continues to build and renovate homes in the Los Angeles area. He has been a trusted collaborator with LaCantina Doors for over 10 years, contributing his expertise and vision to numerous projects. In addition to his work in media and construction, Josh has served as a mentor, judge, and spokesperson for several leading construction manufacturers and their subsidiaries.

Josh is also deeply committed to giving back. As an ambassador for Boys Town, he founded the TradeLife Program, an initiative that teaches at-risk youth valuable skills in construction, welding, and automotive trades. The program also supports students in securing apprenticeships and job placements after high school, helping them build meaningful careers in the trades.

Chase Clark
