Description: This project called for extensive full interior and exterior remodel. The existing 2-story house. What we were presented with was an extremely segmented and partitioned house from the moment you walked in the front door. The house was very dark and filled with walls and partitions that made the house feel like a labyrinth.

The remodel screamed for help in blowing up the entire layout to create a truly open and grand space with a strong connection to the exterior.

The entire house was fully transformed and exterior openings were maximized with LaCantina door systems throughout various opportunities for outdoor connections, from the common areas in the living spaces and kitchen to the more private bedrooms.
